Commercial refrigeration
The equipment that keeps a restaurant, grocery, or convenience store running: the big walk-in coolers and freezers you step inside, the reach-in units with the glass doors customers open, the prep tables with cold wells on top for ingredients, and the ice machines nobody thinks about until they stop. Steve services them, repairs them, and sells and installs new ones.

Chillers & industrial
A chiller is the big machine that makes cold water or cold air for a whole building or an industrial process. It gets rid of its heat one of two ways — through water or through air — and Steve works on both kinds. Down at the compressor level, he handles hermetic (sealed shut at the factory), semi-hermetic (built so it can be opened up and repaired), and screw compressors (a heavy-duty type used in larger systems).
Commercial air conditioning
Service, repair, and installation for the whole commercial cooling picture. A split system is the classic setup — a unit outside, a coil inside. A mini-split is the small wall-mounted unit for a room or two, with no ductwork. Rooftop and packaged units are all-in-one boxes that sit on the building. Steve works on all of them, plus the indoor units and central air systems in between.
Residential heating & cooling
Your home's furnace and air conditioner get the same treatment Steve gives commercial equipment: serviced to keep them running, repaired when they quit, and replaced and installed when it's their time. Straight answers about whether it's worth fixing.
